The healing power of sound
Sound healing is an ancient practice that relieves stress and creates a deep sense of relaxation. The vibrations from the sounds created during a sound healing affect us on a cellular level and have a positive impact on our neurological, physiological and biochemical functions.
A sound healing can lower heart rate and blood pressure and help reduce anxiety, depression and fatigue. Sound can also improve mood, memory and cognitive ability. It is a gentle yet powerful form of self-care.
