Fall’s arrival whispers a gentle invitation: release, soften, and step back into your natural rhythm. As the seasons shift from summer to fall, our bodies, hearts, and minds are reminded to let go of what no longer serves us. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll explore that process through a nurturing blend of somatic movement, myofascial release, meditation, and journaling.
We’ll begin by resetting the nervous system through sensory awareness practices, move into deep myofascial release to ease held tension, and close with reflective practices to integrate the experience—leaving you restored, aligned, and in harmony with the season.
Cost: $40 through September 14th. $45 after the 14th.
