The Mindful Readers Book Club will focus on themes like mindfulness, personal growth and spiritual inquiry through reading and discussion. Each month we will read a book and then gather to share insights, reflections, ask questions and offer mutual support.
Our first gathering will be on Wednesday, January 21 at 6 p.m. and we will discuss the logistics and structure of the book club. The first book will be “No Time Like the Present“ by meditation and spiritual teacher, Jack Kornfield. We will discuss this book at the second gathering on Wednesday, March 4.
