EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is commonly referred to as Tapping. It’s an easy and well-researched practice that promotes nervous system regulation by reducing cortisol and down regulating the amygdala.
EFT can be used on almost anything; stress, anxiety, cravings, physical pain, sports performance, and if you choose to go deeper, it’s extremely effective for working with trauma. By the end of our time together, you’ll know the basics of EFT as well as some subtle ways to add tapping to your daily life.
